ABOUT ME
My work is for athletes who are driven, accountable, and committed to being great—not just showing up to sweat. Status matters far less to me than standards. If you care deeply about your craft and want training that actually respects the complexity of your body, sport, and life, we’ll work well together.
I played college football and earned my degree in exercise science knowing I wanted to stay connected to sport—but only if I could do it at the highest level. Once I committed to coaching, I made a decision to learn from the best environments I could find. That pursuit led me to a full-time internship and eventually a leadership role at one of the most respected sports performance facilities in the country, where elite standards, professionalism, and accountability were non-negotiable.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with more than 150 professional athletes across the NFL, MLB, NBA, WNBA, UFC, NCAA, and international leagues—including first-round draft picks, Super Bowl champions, and MVPs. Those experiences shaped my expectations, but they also taught me something equally important: expertise is never finished.
I know a lot—but I’m not satisfied with what I know. I’m a learner by nature. Training isn’t rigid or cookie-cutter. There’s structure, yes, but there’s also nuance. To me, great coaching sits somewhere between science and art. The work demands curiosity, adaptability, and respect for context.
I’m less interested in impressing athletes, and more interested in building trust.
Meeting an athlete where they are means exactly that. I don’t care who you were ten years ago or what you did last season. I care about the person standing in front of me today. The athlete who pulled a hamstring six months ago. The one navigating a new baby, poor sleep, low back pain, and the pressure of playing out the final year of a contract. That’s the real athlete—and that reality matters.
My role is to listen with intention, collaborate openly, and build a plan that reflects the athlete’s body, goals, and environment. That means working alongside position coaches, physical therapists, and medical staff to create a clear, unified roadmap—one that prioritizes confidence, availability, and daily progress over chasing numbers on a board.
If we can show up, work our asses off, and earn a win for the day, we’re moving in the right direction.
